Capital initiative · Working concept
A voluntary exchange where a founder transfers an agreed share of their company to the Wicreation Fund and receives a corresponding interest in the diversified Fund.
The concept
Founders often carry nearly all their financial exposure in one uncertain venture. This concept gives the Fund participation in that company’s potential upside while giving the founder a broader financial interest that may retain value if their own project fails, connect them to the Wicreation support system and, where the structure permits, become a useful asset in future capital arrangements.
Possible model
This is an early design direction for exploration and testing—not a final operating model.
01The founder’s company and the Fund are assessed independently under published eligibility, due-diligence and valuation rules.
02The founder voluntarily transfers a small, clearly defined equity interest in their company to the Wicreation Fund.
03In exchange, the founder receives Fund units or an equivalent economic interest based on an agreed and professionally supported valuation.
04The Fund participates if the company succeeds; the founder holds a diversified interest and enters a support system of expertise, facilities, customers, partners and future capital connections.
