Capital initiative · Future regulated vehicle
A future model where one regulated purchase creates two distinct possibilities: a chance to win today and a separately identified investment interest that may grow over time.
The concept
A conventional non-winning lottery purchase usually leaves nothing on the participant’s balance sheet. This concept explores whether a clearly disclosed portion of each purchase could instead be invested on the participant’s behalf, gradually creating ownership while supplying long-term capital to entrepreneurial companies and infrastructure.
Possible model
This is an early design direction for exploration and testing—not a final operating model.
01A participant makes a regulated purchase with the financial split disclosed before payment.
02One portion supports the prize opportunity and permitted operating costs under the applicable lottery rules.
03A separate, clearly identified portion is invested through a suitable Wicreation vehicle, giving the participant a corresponding financial interest under defined terms.
04Aggregated investment capital supports a diversified portfolio and entrepreneurial infrastructure; its value can rise or fall, and any returns remain subject to the vehicle’s rules, costs and risks.
Safeguards first
Any future pilot would require appropriate professional design, clear responsibilities and explicit participant understanding.
Development status
This initiative is not currently operating and is not an offer, investment product, commitment or regulated service. Feasibility, legal, regulatory and tax review would precede any pilot.
